Overview

Tilottama Campus is a pioneering private institution of higher education located at Yogikuti, Butwal, in Rupandehi district of Lumbini Province. Established in 1996, it holds the distinction of being the first private college in Rupandehi, founded by a team of experienced academicians to meet the growing demand for quality higher education in the western region of Nepal. The campus sits just a five-minute walk from the Siddhartha Highway, in a quiet and tranquil setting well-suited to focused academic work. Over its 20+ years of operation, Tilottama Campus has maintained a strong academic track record — producing university toppers across multiple years and graduating students who now hold senior positions in reputed organizations across Nepal. With a 95% pass rate, 500+ students, and 50+ expert faculty members, the campus offers a student-centered learning environment backed by modern facilities. It is affiliated with the National Examinations Board (NEB) for +2 programs and Pokhara University for bachelor's and master's level programs.

Admissions

+2 Science & Management (NEB)

• Must have passed SEE or equivalent from a recognized board
• Admission is based on SEE results and an entrance examination conducted by the campus
• Admissions open after SEE results are published (typically July–August)

BBA — Bachelor of Business Administration (Pokhara University)

• Completed NEB +2 or equivalent in any stream with minimum second division
• Must register for and pass Pokhara University's entrance examination (PUCET)
• 96 seats available

MBA — Master of Business Administration (Pokhara University)

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university with minimum second division
• Must pass Pokhara University Management Admission Test (PUMAT)

Scholarships

Tilottama Campus provides merit-based and need-based scholarships to 5% to 10% of students every year. Scholarships are awarded as full or partial fee waivers based on the following criteria:

• Academic Merit: Students achieving top positions in NEB board examinations or university-level examinations
• Entrance Examination Merit: High performers in the campus entrance test at the time of +2 admission
• Financial Need: Deserving students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, subject to documentation
• NEB Excellence Awards: The campus has received recognition from NEB for academic excellence multiple times, and top-performing students are rewarded accordingly
