Rampur Campus under the Institute of Agriculture and Animal Science (IAAS) is situated in Chitwan district, Nepal about 10 KM south-west from Bharatpur, headquarter of the district. The mission of Rampur Campus is to design and implement educational programs in agricultural sciences including veterinary, animal science and social and other natural sciences to suit the needs of the agricultural sector of Nepal. It is fortified with physical and trained human resources consisting of laboratories, production and research farms as well as modern residential facilities for its faculty, staffs and students.

Rampur Campus was developed in different Project Periods (1976-1992) funded by USAID and World Bank I and II includes office buildings, auditoriums, faculty and staff housing, library, classrooms, laboratories, girls, boys and Post Graduate hostels with a capacity of 750 students, covered hall, sports and recreation centers, cafeteria, veterinary teaching hospital, farm machinery Workshop, dispensary, post office, nursery and secondary school.
