Overview
Mid Sweden University (Mittuniversitetet) offers a limited number of Tuition Fee Scholarships for high-performing international students admitted to selected Master's programmes. The scholarship covers 75% of tuition fees for the full duration of the programme β making it one of the more accessible partial scholarship options for Nepali students considering Sweden.
Mid Sweden University is a public state university with campuses in Γstersund and Sundsvall β two mid-sized Swedish cities in the country's geographical centre. It has a strong focus on research, sustainability, and industry collaboration, with particular strengths in engineering, computer science, tourism, media, and environmental science.
Nepal is eligible β the scholarship is open to all citizens from countries outside the EU/EEA and Switzerland who are required to pay tuition fees. This includes Nepali students.
Sweden is increasingly popular among Nepali students for postgraduate study, and Mid Sweden University offers a more accessible entry point than larger Swedish universities β with a genuine scholarship covering three-quarters of tuition costs for students with strong academic profiles.
