Admission open for various courses of Bachelors in IOM (TU)

Institute of Medicine (IOM) of Tribhuvan University (TU) has announced admission open for various courses of Bachelors level like MBBS, BDS, B.Sc. Nursing, B. Optometry, BASLP, BPH, B.Sc. MLT, BAMS, B.Sc. MIT, B. Pharmacy and BNS for the year 2075/76. 

The interested candidates who have passed +2 in Science with the detailed criteria given in the notice can apply by filling up the online form. Any one course from MBBS or BNS, BDS or BPH and any one from other programs (i.e. altogether 3 courses) can be chosen to apply. For that separate form should be filled up and with the separate fee.

The online form can be filled in the website: www.iom.edu.np. The fee for the application form is Rs. 3850 for Nepalese candidates and Rs. 5000 for foreign candidates. The fee must be deposited in any branch of Himalayan Bank Ltd. in Account No: 002 00555570057 in the name of Entrance Exam TU IOM Dean’s Office. The deadline for the deposition of the fee is from 1st Bhadra to 28th Bhadra 2075 (17th August to 13th September 2018) for Nepalese students and 31st Bhadra to 5th Ashwin 2075 (16th September to 21st September 2018) for foreign students within the banking hours. The date for the submission of the application form is from 1st Bhadra to 29th Bhadra 2075 (17th August to 14th September 2018) within 5 p.m.

The date for the entrance exam will be as follows from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

• For MBBS /BNS – 6th Ashwin 2075 (22nd September 2018) 
• For BDS /BPH – 7th Ashwin 2075 (23rd September 2018) 
• For B.Optom., BASLP, B.Sc. MLT, B.Sc. MIT, B. Pharmacy, B.Sc. Nursing & BAMS – 8th Ashwin 2075 (24th September 2018)
