Overview

Xavier International College (XIC) is one of Nepal's largest and most recognized educational institutions, located across two campuses in Kathmandu — with over 5,000 students and a presence spanning from Montessori pre-school to master's level. Established in 2001, the college operates under the motto "Education to Serve Humanity" and has built a strong reputation for academic excellence, international recognition, and practical, future-ready education.

Xavier International operates across two locations: the Kalopul campus for NEB +2 and Cambridge A Level programs, and the Tushal, Bouddha campus for bachelor's and master's programs. The college is affiliated with the National Examinations Board (NEB), Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) UK, and Tribhuvan University (TU).

XIC is a member of the Cambridge Educators Association of Nepal (CEAN), the Higher Secondary Association of Nepal (HISSAN), and PABSON, and has received multiple international awards for educational excellence.

Admissions

Xavier International follows a five-step admission process for all programs:

1. Choosing subjects and filling the application form
2. Scholarship Entrance Test
3. Interview
4. Offer and Acceptance
5. Enrollment

+2 NEB Programs (Science / Management / Humanities / Law)

• Completed SEE or equivalent from a recognized board
• Scholarship Entrance Test is part of the standard admission process

Cambridge A Level (Science / Non-Science)

• Completed SEE or equivalent; Cambridge-standard eligibility applies

Bachelor's Programs (BSc Microbiology, BSc Environmental Science, BCA, BBM, BBS, BASW)

• Completed +2 / A Level or equivalent from a recognized board
• Must pass respective TU entrance exams (IOST for BSc programs; FOHSS for BCA; CMAT for BBM/BBS; FOHSS for BASW)
• Apply at the Tushal, Bouddha campus

MBS

• Bachelor's degree in management or related discipline from TU or a recognized university
• Must pass TU CMAT for MBS
