Eligibility for LLB Entrance Exam
- Passed bachelor’s degree (any discipline) from a recognised university with minimum second division or CGPA 2.0
- Students who have completed all bachelor’s coursework and are awaiting final results may apply provisionally – subject to submission of final results before the admission deadline
- No age restriction for the 3-year LLB programme
- No stream restriction – Science, Management, Humanities, Education graduates are all eligible

- Visit fol.tu.edu.np when the application notice is published (typically MarchβApril each year)
- Fill the Online Application Form through the Faculty of Law’s application portal
- Pay the application fee of NPR 1,600 (online payment via the portal)

After the LLB Entrance Result – Admission Process

About TU LLB – 3-Year Programme
The 3-year LLB (Bachelor of Laws) under Tribhuvan University’s Faculty of Law is Nepal’s most widely enrolled law degree programme. Established in 1954 (as an affiliate of Patna University) and brought under TU in 1959, the Faculty of Law is one of TU’s oldest faculties. The 3-year LLB is open to graduates of any discipline and leads to careers in legal practice, judicial service, government administration, corporate compliance, NGO/INGO legal roles, and further study in LLM or MPhil in Law.
