KU Marksheet — How to Get Your Official Marksheet
KU has two ways to access your marksheet:
1. Online result marksheet (view and print)
When KU publishes a result, the result notice page typically includes a link to view individual marksheets online by entering your symbol number. This is a printable summary — useful for immediate reference but not an official certified marksheet for university applications or visas.
2. Official certified marksheet (for official use)
For official purposes — further study applications, visa documentation, job applications — you need a certified marksheet from KU’s Office of the Controller of Examinations.
- Online request portal: olf.exam.ku.edu.np — log in with your KU registration number to request transcripts, marksheets, and other official documents

KU Re-total and Re-checking
If you want to challenge your result:
- Re-total application deadline: Typically 15–21 working days from the date of result publication. Check the specific result notice for the exact deadline — it varies by exam.
- Re-total fee: Paid at KU examination office or via online banking — confirmed at time of application
- Apply at: KU Office of the Controller of Examinations, Dhulikhel, or via the online portal at olf.exam.ku.edu.np
