Bachelor in Civil Engineering
The Bachelor in Civil Engineering program integrates a wide variety of courses with an aim to equip the student with the well-rounded foundation on all the aspect of civil engineering. Along with the conceptual knowledge students are provided with the opportunity to get the hand-on technical. The program covers around fifty subjects including theory of structure, strength of material, fluid mechanics, engineering geology, soil mechanism, building technology, foundation engineering, design of timber and steel structure, sanitary engineering, irrigation engineering, design of rain force, technology environment and society, engineering profession practice, hydropower engineering, etc.
The major objective of this program is to produce a competent civil engineer. Other goal includes:

Cost of Study
The tuition fee of the program is relatively higher yet reasonable. It ranges from NRs. 400,000 to NRs. 600,000. This cost does not include field trip and other similar types of expenses. However, tuition Fee in the government college can be lower than the private colleges. For detailed information, students can contact the college administration.
Duration of Course
The bachelor of Civil Engineering degree is awarded after the successful completion of the four years of full-time study. The program is divided into eight semesters: 2 semesters each year.
